FDOTR invited to the Staten Island Film Festival

I have a confession to make, I live in Staten Island for 20 plus years and this place is the "forgotten borough" of NYC, a ferry boat to come to this Island and back to the city is stressful. Very little happens here, the fondest memory I have of something cool happening in Staten Island was when David Bowie had a 5 borough tour and he played at Snug Harbor.

When I heard Steve Stanulis speak about bring the film festival, which will be a 4 day event starting October 13, 2016. I was excited that something very cool will come to a place that gets very little.

I like to thank Renee Wood for inviting FDOTR to a historical moment.

  1. This place is absolutely gorgeous, beautiful and stunning. Even though a few halls are equally appealing and fascinating in their decor, food and aesthetics, I'm tempted to still give this event space San Francisco a slight edge.
